Lifestyle: Wankered Wednesdays – The Sidecar

It’s that time of the week again and today I bring you The Sidecar. Purportedly invented in France during WW1 by a man who rode to a Parisian bar in a motorcycle sidecar (surprisingly). It’s one of THE classic sour drinks and it’s undergone loads of different variations and changes but one of the most common recipes goes as follows.

You will need: 1 1/2 oz Cognac or Armagnac, or bourbon,1 oz Cointreau or triple sec, 1/2 oz lemon juice

To prepare (another dead easy one): 1. Shove all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and go mad.
2. Pour into a cocktail glass.

Enjoy getting mashed!
